Terms & Conditions 477 Duit – Rights, Responsibilities & Platform Usage Guidelines

This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "You") and 477 Duit ("Platform", "We", "Company"), which operates the website and online gaming services under the domain 477duit.best. By registering an account or using any 477 Duit service, you fully and unconditionally agree to all terms contained in this document.

To register and use 477 Duit's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a legally eligible individual to enter into a binding agreement in Malaysia.
• You are not subject to any legal restrictions that would prevent you from using online gaming services.
• You are registering in your own name and not on behalf of any other individual or entity.
• You have never had your account permanently closed by 477 duit for a prior breach of terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name as per your identification card, a valid Malaysian phone number, and an active email address. This information is used for identity verification, official communications, and fund withdrawal processing.

Only one account is permitted per individual. 477 duit's system uses advanced monitoring to detect attempts to register multiple accounts. If an individual is found to hold more than one active account, all such accounts will be closed and all associated bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for the security of your 477 duit account login credentials, including your username and password. All activity that occurs under your account, whether with your knowledge or not, is your sole responsibility.

Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity management fee of RM 5 per month, or may be frozen until activity resumes. Members will be notified by email before any charges are applied.

All deposited funds must come from a legitimate source and be solely owned by the member. 477 Duit does not accept third-party deposits. If funds are found to originate from a suspicious source or are in breach of Malaysia's AML laws, the account will be frozen pending investigation.

477 Duit members may withdraw funds from their account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• The standard maximum withdrawal is RM 30,000 per day for regular accounts. VIP members may have higher limits.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the member's own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• If there is an active bonus with outstanding rollover requirements, some or all of the balance associated with that bonus may not be withdrawable until the rollover is completed.

Withdrawal processing at 477 Duit typically takes 15 to 30 minutes after a request is submitted and verified. For withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000, additional security checks may take up to 24 working hours.

477 Duit does not charge any processing fees for standard withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges depending on their respective policies — this is beyond 477 Duit's control.

477 Duit offers members a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback bonuses, free spins, and special promotions tied to Malaysian celebrations such as Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, and Hari Merdeka.

Every bonus received is subject to the rollover requirements stated alongside the bonus offer. The general conditions that apply include:

1. Standard Rollover: 20x the total bonus received before any withdrawal from bonus-related funds is permitted.
2. Rollover Period: Rollover requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Any bonus whose rollover is not completed within this period will expire automatically.
3. Rollover Contribution Rate: Not all games contribute equally toward rollover. Slots and lottery typically contribute 100%, baccarat and table games 10%, while Sports Betting at odds of 1.50 and above contributes 100%.

The odds used to determine your winnings are those locked in at the time your bet is confirmed, not the odds shown at the time of initial display.

• Match Cancellation: If a match is cancelled or postponed by more than 12 hours from the original scheduled time, all related bets will be voided and the full amount refunded to your account balance.
• Minimum Bet: The minimum bet for Sports Betting is RM 5 per transaction.
• Accumulator Winnings Cap: The maximum payout for a single accumulator slip is RM 500,000, regardless of the number of legs or combined odds involved.
